1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RaoMusic ("Rao", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Rao is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create original music from text descriptions. Our service includes text-to-music generation, AI lyrics writing, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our service.
4. Credits and Payment
Rao operates on a credit-based system. New users receive 50 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be obtained through one-time purchases or subscription plans. One-time purchase credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. All payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with at least 15 days' prior notice.
5. Commercial Use Rights
Commercial use rights are exclusively available to subscription users (monthly or yearly plans). Subscribers receive a royalty-free license to use generated music in YouTube videos, TikTok, podcasts, advertisements, games, and other commercial projects. One-time purchase users may only use generated music for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose - Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights - Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI models - Use automated tools to excessively access the service - Share your account with others or resell credits - Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
7. Intellectual Property
Subject to your plan tier, you retain rights to the music generated through your use of the service. Rao retains all rights to the platform, AI models, and underlying technology. By using the service, you grant Rao a non-exclusive license to use generated content for service improvement and promotional purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rao does not guarantee that generated music will not resemble existing works. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rao's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six months preceding the claim. Rao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
