Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met: - Your request is made within 7 days of purchase - You have generated no more than 5 songs using the purchased credits - Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service Free credits provided upon registration are not eligible for refunds.
2. Subscription Refunds
For subscription plans (monthly or yearly): - Subscription fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable - You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings - After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period - Subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle If you were charged for an unintended renewal, please contact us within 3 days of the charge.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases: - More than 7 days have passed since the purchase - Credits have been substantially used (more than 5 songs generated) - Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service - Dissatisfaction with AI-generated music quality (we recommend using free credits to evaluate the service first) - Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
4. Refund Process
To request a refund: 1. Send an email to support@raomusic.com 2. Include your account email address 3. Provide the order or transaction ID 4. Briefly explain the reason for your request Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, any songs generated with the refunded credits will be removed from your account.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
